TABLET/CAPSULE STRIPS INSPECTION, CUTTING, COUNTING & COLLATING MACHINE (BOSS-I-EAX)
BOSS-I-EAX is a totally automatic machine for pharmaceutical tablet/capsule strip cutting, inspection, counting & collation. The machine is fed with continuous web of foiled tablet/capsule coming out of strip sealing machine. The web is pulled, registered for inspection of missing product in each pockets of strips and passes through the slitting knives to slit. The rejection mechanism automatically eliminates the strips with missing product. The cut strips are stacked and as per preset numbers and delivers on to the stack conveyor.
The machine is designed using high precision components and specialised pneumatic system along with PLC, VFD for auto dual speed control as per product infeed, operator interface for message display and parameter setting , SMPS supply source and solid state sensors etc. to ensure reliable, trouble free and consistent production.
