• Centralised two line metered lubrication system for pre-defined lubrication dozes
• Safety mechanism all along the machine, with quick response solid state sensors to monitor continuously and accident proof operation
• Use of bearing for smooth friction free running of machine with longer life
• Two idle stations in front & rear of auto block for ease of maintenance and increase drying time
• Six pin bar Mechanical / Servo Controlled dipping individually for cap and body. Dipping profile for servo controlled system can be set by users for optimizing capsule quality.
• PLC system with dual port for external connectivity, efficient application program and on board back up with user friendly automatic retrievals in case of emergency
• HMI with touch keypad LCD screen for fault message display, parameter setting and shift wise production data display for productivity and machine down time analysing  
• Auto tuned digital smart PID temperature controllers with solid state switching modules for heaters to ensure accurate process control along with energy savings  
• Use of variable frequency drive along with main drive and fail safe braking system
• Use of low voltage, short circuit proof DC supply from SMPS as source to control the machine, protect and eliminate any effects on plants power functions and accidentals malfunction
