Established in 1960 by Molins, an UK based machine manufacturer for the Tobacco industry. Since 1997, under control by Indian management, the company has focused & diversified with strong interest in manufacturing precision machinery to cater effectively to the tobacco as well as non-tobacco sector of the country.

MOI manufacturing facility, located in Punjab, is spread over an area of 10 acres, with a factory layout to embody the full requirement of a production unit, right from the receipt of raw materials to dispatch of the final goods that includes Toilet Soap Wrapping Machines and allied products.

How do we ensure the quality of our products from receipt of raw material to dispatch to end users?

• Infrastructure
• Plant Layout: Admin Building: 12000 sq.ft; Manufacturing: 54000 sq.ft; Storage: 10000 sq.ft; The infrastructural facility is spread over an area of 10 acres, with a layout ideal for precision machine manufacturing process & practice. The plant is equipped with all types of production and auxiliary machinery, component inspection instruments, material handling equipments & allied utilities like paint, chemical blackening & heat treatment shop, etc. The R&D centre is equipped with latest version of the CAD system
• Systems: The entire process of manufacturing, right from design release to process planning, production control, loading of machine centre, inspection, part tracking, etc.; is controlled and monitored using in-house customized UNIX based ERP packages operating over LAN. Apart from ensuring error free manufacturing process flow, the highly traceable system guarantees to track down and help in the delivery of retro-fittable spare parts for the machines that are under production for more than 25-30 long years.
